The community will be primarily oriented to ocean views and a new golf course and will be a low density development.  Related facilities will include vineyards dispersed throughout the site, a boutique hotel site with conference facilities, as well as other auxiliary uses. Equestrian, pedestrian and bicycle trails are planned to extend through the site.  A public park is also planned.
