Prior to forming WCHP, its principals founded and ran a major homebuilding and land development company in Southern California. At its height, Trimark Pacific Homes was a top 100 builder in the United States and was an active land developer delivering thousands of lots to public and private builders. Major capital partners included CalPers and Cargill and debt outstandings stood at approximately $400 million dollars. WCHP has no legacy issues as Trimark was a non-recourse borrower.
